Tower crane operator — Jones County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Jones County, South Dakota. The role involves: • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift Requirements: • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. We offer $3,200 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
