Rebar installer — Putnam County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a rebar installer in Putnam County, Tennessee. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates You will bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
