Vertical milling machine operator — Barkin Ladi

Great opportunity: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Barkin Ladi, Plateau State. Day to day you will set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control. Ideal candidate: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
