Palletiser wanted in Effingham County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a palletiser in Effingham County, Illinois. You will work in a cold-storage packing unit. You should have: • Attention to detail for date codes and labelling • Understanding of basic food hygiene for food packing • Comfortable working at speed to meet line targets Day to day you will check best-before and expiry dates on every box; wipe down and sanitise the line following hygiene rules; inspect packs for leaks, dents or damaged seals; change over film rolls and reset the heat sealer; feed products onto the conveyor belt and clear jams; seal cartons with a tape gun or hot-melt glue. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Pay around $5,300 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts.
