Framing carpenter — Chautauqua County

Join our team: we are hiring a framing carpenter in Chautauqua County, Kansas. You will work at a shopfitting company. The role involves: • Lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together You should have: • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
