Baker — Franklin County

Join our team: we are hiring a baker in Franklin County, Idaho. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. Day to day you will score the top of loaves before baking; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes 5+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
