Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Henry County, Iowa. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. You will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading. What we are looking for: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff We offer $3,700 per month plus benefits.
