Urgent requirement: we are hiring a HSE supervisor in Oldham County, Texas. The job is at an oil and gas facility. Requirements: • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot The role involves: • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
