Concrete finisher — Cherokee County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a concrete finisher in Cherokee County, Alabama. Day to day you will erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule. You should have: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
