Kitchen porter • Daviess County, Kentucky

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Daviess County, Kentucky. You will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) 5+ years on the tools preferred.
