Oven operator — Washington County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an oven operator in Washington County, Idaho. The job is at a busy bakery. The role involves: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
