Now hiring: we are hiring a dozer operator in Lower Connecticut River Valley Planning Region, Connecticut. You will work at a busy earthworks site. Requirements: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters You will grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $2,600 per month, based on your experience.
