Bakery assistant wanted in Gurara

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Gurara, Niger State. You will be based at a busy bakery. The role involves monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills 2+ years on the tools preferred. We offer ₦125,000 per month plus benefits.
