Immediate opening: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Lamb County, Texas. The job is on a residential tower site. Requirements: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level The role involves: • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs 4+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
