JCB operator wanted in Placer County

Join our team: we are hiring a JCB operator in Placer County, California. You will be based in an open-cast mine. What we are looking for: • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster The role involves carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; stockpile and spread material to the required levels; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects.
