Head baker — Washington County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a head baker in Washington County, Illinois. What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Day to day you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
