Punch press operator • Ogoja, Cross River State

Now hiring: we are hiring a punch press operator in Ogoja, Cross River State. Day-to-day duties: • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor What we are looking for: • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses 6+ years on the tools preferred.
