Site carpenter • Treutlen County, Georgia

Vacancy available: we are hiring a site carpenter in Treutlen County, Georgia. You will be based at a shopfitting company. You should have: • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent You will assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops; apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board; finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain; erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours; cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
