Power press operator wanted in Breckinridge County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a power press operator in Breckinridge County, Kentucky. You will be based in a forging and pressing unit. You should have: • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred The role involves: • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
