Now hiring: we are hiring a groundsman in Hayes County, Nebraska. Requirements: • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Happy to work outdoors in all weather • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors On the job you will handle: • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads • Sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers Rotating shifts.
