Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker The role involves: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
