Now hiring: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Summit County, Ohio. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain Day-to-day duties: • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience.
