Immediate opening: punch press operator (Virginia)

Join our team: we are hiring a punch press operator in Washington County, Virginia. You should have: • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges On the job you will handle: • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
