Lift mechanic • Hemphill County, Texas

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Hemphill County, Texas. What we are looking for: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work Your main tasks: • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands 5+ years on the tools preferred. $16 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
