Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Covington County, Alabama. The role involves: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Full-time with occasional weekends.
