Immediate opening: we are hiring a scullery hand in Wakulla County, Florida. Ideal candidate: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff On a typical shift you will clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
