QC inspector — Yellowstone County

Now hiring: we are hiring a QC inspector in Yellowstone County, Montana. Ideal candidate: • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems The role involves draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch.
