Flatlock machine operator • Avery County, North Carolina

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Avery County, North Carolina. Ideal candidate: • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory You will change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $5,400 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
