Ideal candidate: • Smartphone with internet for the delivery app • Physically fit to lift parcels up to 20 kg Your main tasks: • Call customers for directions or to retry a missed delivery • Handle fragile and perishable items with care in transit • Return undelivered parcels and reconcile cash at the hub • Take the customer's OTP or signature at handover • Follow traffic rules and wear the helmet at all times • Plan the day's route to cover all drop-offs in the least time At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
