Restaurant steward — Roane County

Now hiring: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Roane County, West Virginia. The job is at a busy restaurant. On a typical shift you will upsell starters, desserts and beverages; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place. Ideal candidate: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
