Join our team: we are hiring a blocklayer in Cass County, North Dakota. You will work at a groundworks and structures site. The role involves: • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding 1+ years on the tools preferred.
