Cake decorator — Suffolk County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cake decorator in Suffolk County, Massachusetts. You will work at a cake shop. On the job you will handle: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Rotating shifts.
