Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Hudson County, New Jersey. You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate Day to day you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $5,100 per month, based on your experience.
