Now hiring: we are hiring a steel fixer in Lee County, Kentucky. You will be based on a commercial tower construction site. The role involves: • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine Ideal candidate: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $3,800 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
