Industrial electrician • Elbert County, Georgia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an industrial electrician in Elbert County, Georgia. You will work at a busy electrical contractor. Day-to-day duties: • Carry out preventive maintenance on switchgear and busbars • Crimp lugs and terminate armoured cable glands • Check earth continuity and earth pit resistance • Read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams • Replace faulty switches, sockets and light fittings • Size and route cabling to suit the load current and voltage drop Ideal candidate: • Willing to do shift work and breakdown call-outs • 2+ years hands-on wiring and maintenance experience • Normal colour vision for cable identification Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
