Urgent requirement: kitchen porter (Alabama)

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Lowndes County, Alabama. On the job you will handle: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Full-time, day shift.
