Baker wanted in Cottle County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Cottle County, Texas. Day-to-day duties: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Accurate at weighing and following recipes At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
