Hoist operator — Hood River County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a hoist operator in Hood River County, Oregon. The job is on a bridge and infrastructure project. Requirements: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • A good head for heights for tower crane work The role involves watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins.
