We are recruiting: we are hiring a steward in Gregg County, Texas. The job is in a catering unit. The role involves: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts We offer $4,000 per month plus benefits.
