Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Ungogo, Kano State. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Your main tasks: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure ₦200,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
