Your main tasks: • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters Ideal candidate: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand 5+ years on the tools preferred.
