Vacancy available: we are hiring a power press operator in El Paso County, Colorado. The job is at a busy press shop. You should have: • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg Your main tasks: • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways $15 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
