Punch press operator — Miami County

Join our team: we are hiring a punch press operator in Miami County, Indiana. The role involves load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; set up and change stamping dies and tooling. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
