Vacancy available: kitchen steward (Texas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Martin County, Texas. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. On a typical shift you will wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff 5+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
