QC technician — Madison County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a QC technician in Madison County, Illinois. You will be based on a garment production line. Day-to-day duties: • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift Ideal candidate: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing Full-time, day shift.
