Cook — Bracknell Forest

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cook in Bracknell Forest, England. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. The role involves: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Full-time, day shift.
