Fry cook — Butler County

Now hiring: we are hiring a fry cook in Butler County, Missouri. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Day to day you will prepare the mise en place before each service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. Six days a week, one day off. We offer $250 per day plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
