Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pastry baker in Mashegu, Niger State. You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills On a typical shift you will shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
