Rigger — Johnson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a rigger in Johnson County, Arkansas. The job is in a heavy machinery workshop. You should have: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams Day to day you will tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
