Moulder wanted in Hyde County

Join our team: we are hiring a moulder in Hyde County, North Carolina. The job is in the fettling and dressing shop. On the job you will handle: • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles • Tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together • Cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch What we are looking for: • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $27 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
